Me and my flower
After spending a few hours soaking up the late evening sun this leveret moved to a lower level to feed on some fresh grass. Next to the grass was this yellow flower that was soon to become part of the leverets evening snack.
I used a 70-200mm as the leveret had become relaxed with me moving around and this lens allowed me the flexibility to get more in situ images if the situation presented itself. I am a sucker for dappled light for both my landscape and wildlife images as I believe it can provide depth that can be missing in more even light. I was fortunate that the light was hotting both the leveret and the flower which was essential for the image to work.
